Warranties?

VE will deliver the rented property in good condition. VE does not guarantee there may not be some minor defects present on any of the rented property. VE makes no specific warranty that the rental item(s) (hereby known as "Rentals") may be delivered without faults and some minor defects. These defects do not comprise or violate any part of VE.

 

Resposibility?

It is the Client's responsibility to maintain the Rentals, to keep them secured and in good condition, and to return them in the same good condition at the end of the Rental Term..

 

Fees that Apply?

We have two fees that apply. Delivery fee and a setup and take down fee. Neither of those fees are able to be waived. Due to liability and insurance only VE staff can transport and build the rental items. Fees are applied based on the location of the event. Stairs, walking and lifting are all a factor into the fee.

 

Rental Minimum?

There is a $500.00 rental minimum excluded the additional fees. You must need the rental minimum. If at the end of the adjusted contract you fail to meet the minimum a fee will be applied in order to meet the minimum.

 

Payments?

A 50% nonrefundable retainer fee is due at the time booking to secure your event date, The reminder amount is due 2 weeks prior to the event date. You may pay through credit card (with an additional 3$ fee), Zelle, or Venmo.

 

Contract and CC on file We?

We require all contracts to be signed and filled out prior to delivery. If the contact is incomplete your delivery will not be made. CC are kept on file for any damages, lost or stolen property that may occur after the event.
